Success Fee (payable by seller only):
CHF 1M–5M → CHF 15,000 flat
CHF 5M–15M → 0.5% (min CHF 25,000)
CHF 15M–50M → 0.4%
CHF 50M+ → 0.25% (max CHF 250,000)
Maximum 1% of transaction value. Must be agreed in writing before introduction.
Confidentiality: All listing information is strictly confidential. Members may not share property details with non-members.
Service: DreamNest facilitates introductions. Not a real estate broker under Art. 412 OR. Swiss law applies, jurisdiction Zurich.
